Anche nella storia della musica la figura del santo\, dalla Lauda alle composizioni lisztiane\, fino ad arrivare ai lavori di P. Hindemith\, G. F. Malipiero e S. Gubaidulina\, è molto presente e ha esercitato un’influenza straordinaria. Attingendo alla quasi sterminata iconografia di Francesco se ne propone una selezione\, affiancata da altrettanti esempi musicali\, che mira ad estrarre dai vari secoli e dai diversi indirizzi stilistici i campioni più significativi non soltanto in base alla loro qualità\, ma privilegiando anche l’analisi delle contingenze storiche\, politiche e religiose che influenzarono la rappresentazione del santo e la narrazione dei fatti della sua vicenda terrena. \nPRENOTAZIONE OBBLIGATORIA\nPrenota qui!
